I've been really lucky thus far to have the right people cross my path in my fitness journey, making it easy to choose. When I started lifting back in 2014, my Tiger's Den Barbell Club weightlifting team became like family.

What happens when you stop eating sugar

My coach JD once said, "Don't eat sugar, that s*** will kill you." He was right. Every day there's more evidence that processed foods and refined sugars really aren't good for you. If you're eating for performance, or purely to fuel your body with the best things you can find, then eating whole, nutrient dense foods should be a priority.

Lock N Load is 23 days away, and a hesitant as I am to say this for fear of jinxing myself, I feel good. Really good.
